Jessica Trent, MA
Marriage and Family Therapist
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who is a firm believer in family and the relationships that form therein. From mothers and fathers, to complete strangers that somehow manage to solidify the need for their presence in our lives, the concept of family and friend is ever changing. My hope is that together we can map out and navigate what family and friendship mean to you and work to understand how our past and present relationships influence who we are, where we come from, where we’re headed and how we view the world around us. I am a strong advocate for anti-racism and equity and I believe strongly in the empowerment of BIPOC. I work hard to uplift and celebrate the diversity that resides within us all. I hope to work with people of color who seek to better understand the ways trauma, oppression, and marginalization affect their relationships with children, spouses, and loved ones.
