The only constant in life is change. Not every change that a person encounters is easily or readily navigated, and sometimes having another person to help guide through the difficult transitions can help to make this less of a burden. Sometimes we are dealt adversities that were never asked for, and burdens that no one should shoulder. I have found that finding ways to help others better cope with such hurdles is often the best relief of life’s suffering.

Throughout my career, my commitment to serving the clients who come to me has been my first priority, and I strive to serve to the best of my capabilities. In the more than twenty years of service prior to joining The Center for Relational Change, my task has been to “roll up my sleeves and get to work” on finding better solutions, coping mechanisms, or insights into the relationship dynamics people find themselves in. I work towards helping people to understand what would lead to better, more fulfilling ways to live for each and every person who comes to see me.

Mood disorders, Depression, Anxiety, stress management, ADHD, PTSD/trauma, victims of abuse, navigating relationship dynamics in couples and families, grief & loss. I draw from various philosophical/theoretical modalities in my work, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a specialized form of CBT for trauma-focused and abuse, structural family therapy, strategic family therapy, solution-focused, narrative therapeutic interventions, among others.
