I am a licensed therapist that attempts to see the world from a systemic view. This view may allow me to stay objective enough and thoughtful enough to ask questions about things you might not yet be able to see. This position can often allow me to ask questions and provide space for each client to make sense of their own functioning, to see the systemic process themselves and ultimately gain a better understanding of themselves. This understanding of self may be what allows for changes in relationships, reduction in conflict/stress, a decrease in symptoms, and impacting the multigenerational process in ones family of origin.

I have over 10 years of experience working with families, individuals, and couples.

My approach to therapy starts in recognizing that somewhere within us, every human being holds the power and strength to live a life of joy and connection. Every person encounters significant obstacles to this along the way—obstacles in our families and relationships, in our physical health, and in our lived experiences with the larger social and ecological systems around us.
