I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with the mission and purpose of assisting you in walking into the fullness of your destiny. I believe that by creating a safe, honest, and validating space this will allow for individuals to cultivate the awareness into themselves and the opportunity to choose how they want to be seen in the world. I believe that our relationships to the people, places, and things around us can be beautiful, complex, and connecting at the same time.

I believe change occurs when we are able to sit with our past and current imperfections and love all of ourselves. I have a wide range of experience working with individuals of various backgrounds. I pull from various systemic theories including experiential, Family Systems, Structural, and various others. My approach to therapy is also one of collaboration and mutual respect for you and the journey it took you to get here. I believe that everyone has the right to Choose your Destiny.
