Pronouns They/Them/Theirs
In therapy with me, you can expect to be affirmed in your strengths and challenged to grow. You can expect to look for connections across the systems in your life — internal/emotional/physical, family/friends/significant others, and societal/cultural/power systems. You can expect to learn about yourself through current knowledge of the brain-body connection, and ancient practices for expanding awareness, cognitive flexibility, and self-compassion. You can expect to collaborate with me on developing the approach that works best for you. Together, we will work to create safety and trust so that you can practice being your whole, authentic self in each session– and you will build groundedness, freedom, connection and confidence in your life outside the therapy room.
